Micron Building #16 * F3 CFA - Remodel/Relocate Photo 8&9 ( PCS # 7387 ) - To remove and relocate some interior partitions and doors to eliminate the south Bootie/Smock Rooms #004E & #004F to open up and enlarge Photo Bay 8 (#004G) and CFA Bay 1 (#004M). The existing one-hour rated corridor #000C is to be maintained. this work is being done in the basement of Building #16, between grid lines 16 & 18 and M & P. This remodel will accommodate the relocation of metro and wet tools currently located in CFA Photo 9 and Fab 3 Wet bay areas. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
