Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and doors all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The new corridor is NOT required to be fire-resistance-rated because this building is fire sprinklered. The existing elevator lobby and all high-rise systems shall be maintained in compliance with the 1994 UBC.
