(CSHQA - SUBLEASE TENANT SPACES - C W MOORE PLAZA - 3RD FLR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To divide the 3rd floor of C.W. Moore Plaza into 3 separate tenant spaces. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Each tenant shall apply for his own Certificate of Occupancy. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and doors all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The new corridor is NOT required to be fire-resistance-rated because this building is fire sprinklered. The existing elevator lobby and all high-rise systems shall be maintained in compliance with the 1994 UBC. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
