(CHRISTENSEN & ASSOCIATES)(EMERALD SQUARE-STE 250) Remodel to an existing office space for a new tenant on the second floor of existing building and adding 43 sq. ft. of former corridor area into space for a new total area of 5,122 sq. ft. per approved plans on file. Work to include some minor interior demolition work, two new 20 minute rated exit doors in existing one-hour rated exit corridor, new 45 minute rated wired glass sidelight in existing one-hour rated exit corridor, new one-hour rated corridor wall section, some new interior walls, one other new interior door, interior finish, mechanical work, and electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. Because of existing tenant configuration in relation to adjacent tenants and the core exiting area, minimum exit separation was previously and will still be a few feet short. An additional exit (3 exits from space) will be provided as an alternate solution to this existing condition. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. (PC#0305-04) JCB
