This space is located on the first floor of an existing mixed-use (R-2, B, A-2, M) high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, a 10' x 16' overhead door, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. The existing grease hood and grease duct system shall be maintained in compliance with the original approval.
