Work to include a new opening in existing CMU wall per attached structural engineering, some new one-hour rated walls and one-hour rated ceiling section to extend enclosure to exterior, a new exterior door, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, and electrical work. Alternate Approval concerning the exiting approach approved by interim Building Director and attached to plans.
