(HYDE PARK MARKET & DELI - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - 2ND FLR) This building is fully fire sprinklered for fire area reasons. To construct a 631 square foot tenant space which includes a commercial kitchen, service counter, and retail sales area next to the food court within the new airport terminal building. This project is located on the 2nd floor within the security area (i.e. between the security check point and airplane loading). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, counters, equipment, gypsum board soffits and bulkheads, a security grille, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. Operations that produce smoke or grease laden vapors are NOT approved within this tenant space. Within the remodel area, the location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
