There is also a 1206 s.f. basement storage area that is accessed only from the exterior. All non used mechanical and plumbing equipment is to be removed from this storage area. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE DWELLING UNIT SEPARATION WALLS ARE DESIGNED TO MEET TOWNHOUSE CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. NOTE: conversion permits and either a recorded subdivision or a zoning certificate and recorded record of survey must be completed prior to selling individual units. R-1C zoning is approved through CAA04-00064 by Carl Miller, Planner II. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required.
