To construct a 1,448 square foot trellis and a 321 square foot gazebo on the 4,973 square foot Grove Hotel 4th floor terrace. Both structures are required to be constructed entirely of noncombustible materials. Both structures will have open steel lattice roofs. Roof coverings of any kind, including shade fabric, are NOT allowed. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. **CJW**
