To construct a 2,671 square foot retail sales tenant space next to the food court within the new airport terminal building. This project is located on the 2nd floor within the security area (i.e. between the security check point and airplane loading). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, gypsum board soffits and bulkheads, two horizontal sliding security grilles, counters, equipment, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. Within the remodel area, the location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
