To remodel and add square footage to master bedroom/bath and laundry room. Work will include addition of soaker tub which will be supported by engineered steel tube frame, reconfiguration of toilet room, walk-in closet and laundry room for construction of new stair system to loft. Existing elevator will be eliminated for installation of stairs. Toilet room and walk-in closet will be extended into garage area, covering existing stairwell from garage to basement. This area will be accessed by existing interior stair system. New wall construction will require seperation from garage per section R309.2 (2000 IRC).
