Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior door and sidelight, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building has a fire alarm system and is to be fully fire sprinklered by December of 2008 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. Fire sprinklers alleviate requirements for one-hour rated exit corridors and protection of elevator openings in building. This permit along with the (4) other permits attached to the plans (BLD04-00982, BLD04-01415, BLD04-01416, & BLD04-01417) will cover Phase I of the Upgrade Agreement.
