(VANILLA FINISH - NO TENANT)(TERRACE PLAZA - 1ST FLR - STE 102) New 2,566 sq. ft. "vanilla finish" space for a future tenant on the first floor of an existing building per approved plans on file. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, new interior walls, new interior doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, upgrading existing door hardware in space to accessible standards, fire sprinkler work, fire alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building has a fire alarm system and is to be fully fire sprinklered by December of 2008 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. Fire sprinklers alleviate requirements for one-hour rated exit corridors and protection of elevator openings in building. This permit along with the (4) other permits attached to the plans (BLD04-00982, BLD04-01413, BLD04-01416, & BLD04-01417) will cover Phase I of the Upgrade Agreement.
