(4-West INTERIOR SELECTIVE DEMOLITION) To establish a Letter of Compliance for this project when demolition is completed to assure all has been done as approved and fire-resistive construction & exiting intergrity has been maintained. All existing exits serving this area SHALL remain usable & in compliance with codes at all times during construction / demolition.To completely remove all interior non-bearing walls and finishes upto BUT NOT INCLUDING the 2-hour shaft stair enclosure (red-lined on plans) or any structural materials, on the 2,950 s.f. 4th floor anf 650 s.f. of the penthouse, all as indicated on approved plans. Any opening created in the two hour existing floor system by removal of materials SHALL BE REPAIRED with an approved two hour assembly maintaining fire-resistive integrity. Sprinkler system & alarm maintenance is handled under separate permit and agreement with the fire department. drs
