This project is for the interior remodel of an existing single family dwelling that will consist of a new roof and select roof framing, repair of water damage, new plumbing, new electrical and mechanical (furnace and A/C). The project will also include the installation of new exterior glazing throughout and code complying egress from the sleeping rooms. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
