(WORLDWIDE EXPRESS) Minor remodel to an existing 1,392 sq. ft. office building and to establish TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY with a fire life/safety inspection per approved plans on file. Approval by Building Division Manager attached allowing new owner TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY for up to one year to allow the new owner time to get the rear enclosed storage patio that was constructed without a permit up to code and permitted with structural engineer verification. (Or the structure can be removed within a year.) This rear enclosed storage patio area will not be used or occupied at this time. Work to include replacing existing wood paneling with new gypsum board at the front half of the office building, new suspended ceiling in the front half of the office building, a new break room sink, minor plumbing work, and some minor electrical work. Accessible upgrade work will include accessible door hardware throughout building, grab bars at water closet, and an accessible mirror above the lavatory. The existing restroom is not large enough to meet minimum accessibility clearances and will require further upgrading under future remodel permits. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered.
