Building #26 - Clean Room Expansion - To demolish and remove some interior partitions and door and sawcut existing concrete slab floor and excavate an approximate 1550 square foot area down five feet. To install new concrete reinforced retaining walls and slab floor at 48 inches below existing slab floor. To construct approximately 142 lineal feet of new cleanroom wall and related ceiling grid, tile floor system and associated mechanical and electrical and plumbing work. This work is being done to expand the existing clean room area by approximately 2100 square feet. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #26 between grid lines 11&15 and C&E.
