The ADU will be 2-stories with the 480s.f. on the main level and a 108s.f. loft above. The 407s.f. will also be on the main level with separation from dwelling unit per R309.2. L-OD ok per kg by CUP04-14 & CVA04-09. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required.
