(IDAHO RECORDS MANAGEMENT)(IDAHO SELF STORAGE - BLDG A/B-1ST FLR) To construct a new 710 sq. ft. fire rated storage vault for multi-media and paper documents in southwest corner of existing 33,060 sq. ft. warehouse building per approved plans on file. Fire rating the vault is per the owner's request and not required by code. Work to include new reinforced concrete footings and foundation, new concrete slab, new reinforced CMU walls, new steel ceiling beams, new steel deck and concrete slab ceiling, new 3-hour rated door assembly, fire sprinkler and alarm work, some new mechanical work, and some electrical work. Special Inspection is required for concrete, reinforcing steel, structural field welding, structural masonry, and epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. (PC#0520-04) JCB
