The demolition of 2 existing shear walls is covered under this permit. The existing shear walls shall NOT be removed until the new shear walls are fully constructed. Nonstructural demolition was covered under permit BLD04-02037. Work is to include 2 shear walls, interior nonbearing walls, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, fitting rooms, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
