To combine two existing tenant spaces (2,195 square feet and 2,958 square feet) into one 5,153 square foot retail sales tenant space within an existing 32,400 square foot, one story building. Work is to include structural support for a gypsum board bulkhead that will remain after a wall is removed. Other work includes interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, exterior store front window, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
