Building is sprinklered for substitution of 1-hour construction. To perform selective demolition per plans; to construct new interior walls to create a non-rated corridor between the two existing stair enclosures and to create two tenant spaces from one. AMESCO will continue to occupy a smaller area of 12,000 sq. ft. and a new "Vanilla Finish" space of 4,816 sq. ft.will be created for future tenant.
