To create a 2,400 square foot medical office on the 2nd floor of an existing 26,100 square foot 2 story with basement building. The common restrooms located on the 2nd floor were made accessible to the disabled under permit BLD03-01183. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, doors, millwork, suspended ceilings, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
