State Street Office Building #3 (Shell & Core) - To construct a new 3,755 square foot, one story wood framed office and restaurant shell and core building and related site improvements. The finished core work includes a men's and women's restroom, access hallway and mechanical room. The two future office spaces and restaurant space will be finished to the point shown on the approved plans. Office #1 is proposed at 1295 sq. ft., office #2 is proposed at 535 sq. ft., the restaurant is proposed as 1215 sq. ft. with the remainder as core area. There is no occupancy approved under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish each of these tenant spaces for occupancy.
