Micron Building #24 - FC Remodel for Central Test Wafer and Quartz Clean (#7362) This permit is to demolish and remove some interior partitions, door and suspended ceilings; to demolish some interior concrete slab floor areas and excavate to five feet. To pour new structural concrete retaining walls and recessed concrete floor for new access floor system. To install new cleanroom walls, doors and cleanroom HEPA ceiling system to create a 550 sq. ft. Quartz Clean Bay (109B) and a 980 sq. ft. Quartz Clean Backend (109C). To install associated mechanical equipment, duct work, plumbing and electrical systems. This work is being done in an approximate 1530 square foot area of the north end of the first floor of Building #24, between grid lines #G & #H and #2 & #5.
