This project is for the addition of 330s.f. to the upper level of an existing 2000s.f. 2-story single family dwelling. This addition is to cover a portion of an existing open deck area that needs repair. The other existing portion of the existing deck is to be covered with a new rof structure. This new structure will be of typical light frame construction using drop beams at the bearing supported by posts at the ends and new engineered manufactured trusses. R-1B ok per cer.
