(IDAHO SELF STORAGE)(BLDG A/B) Remodel to the Building 'B' portion of an existing 26,874 sq. ft. warehouse building for self-service leasable storage units on the 10,467 sq. ft. main floor and for storage not available to the public on the 3,886 sq. ft. second story per approved plans, CUP03-00008, and DRH03-00009. Work to include some new openings in existing exterior concrete wall, some new CMU wall infill at some locations, some new exterior doors, some new interior walls, moveable metal wall system interior partitions at storage units, some new interior doors, interior finish, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work including new suspended unit heaters, and electrical work. The moveable metal wall storage units will not be installed in the west end of Building 'B' at this time and will be done at a future date. All other mechanical and electrical work will occur in the entire Building 'B' area under this permit. Special Inspection required for epoxy/adhesive anchor installations. Alternate approvals attached to plans allowing 2003 IBC Sections to be utilized for two unenclosed stairways and no accessible route required to the second floor.
