This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistance rated construction of the building. To extend a lobby about 16 feet into an existing tenant space hallway located on the 1st floor of an existing 3 story building. An existing non-rated door with glass sidelight will be relocated. Work is to include a set of double doors installed in the wall of the new lobby extension. All work shall comply with the approved drawings and the plan review report on file.
