(CORAM HEALTH CARE)(EXECUTIVE CENTER) Remodel to combine two former spaces of 4,884 sq. ft. and 2,550 sq. ft. into one space with a new total area of 7,434 sq. ft. for a new tenant with office, production/packaging, and warehouse use per approved plans. Tenant is a home health care provider with staff and nurses that place and fill prescriptions for drugs, medications, and IV's and deliver them to home bound clients/patients. Work to include some miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls, some new interior doors and windows, some new pre-manufactured clean rooms, interior finish, some suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work including a new rooftop HVAC unit, plumbing work, and electrical work. Manufacturer installation instructions and specifications for the pre-manufactured clean rooms to be provided to the Inspector in the field as a Deferred Submittal. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. No steel storage racking exceeding 8' in height allowed in the space. No motor vehicles within the building. Nonseparated Uses per IBC Section 302.3.2. This building was originally constructed in Ada County and later annexed into Boise City. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
