Work to include some new interior furring walls at existing exterior concrete tilt-up walls, interior finish, new suspended ceiling, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, and electrical work. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. Occupancy is not allowed under this permit. A separate permit is to be obtained for a tenant to occupy the space. Adjacent tenant permit under BLD04-02514 is attached to the same set of plans. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. JCB
