Work includes rough-in electrical, mechanical & plumbing; interior wall framing to create new work areas, mechanical room and open retail / display areas; installation of finishes, cabinetry, special lighting, floor finishes & ceiling system all per approved plans. Common use fully accessible restrooms, janitors rooms / sink and access thereto were provided under the shell & corre permit. The envelope for energy code compliance for the entire building was also done under the shell & core permit. drs
