Work includes selective demolition, construction of new interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create a reception area and office with new lighting and switching per energy code and; a new Bio-Med Clinical Engineering area for repair and testing of hospital equipment. Medical gas piping and tank storage are for use in testing medical equipment being repaired. This building is fully sprinklered and system shall be maintained per NFPA 13. drs
