(HOOTERS) Remodel to an existing 5,530 sq. ft. building for a new restaurant tenant per approved plans and CZC05-00002. Work to include some minor exterior remodel at main entrance/exit with some new framing and extending existing parapet 2' higher, new E.I.F.S. installation at exterior remodel work which will require Special Inspection, new 2-hour rated fire barrier walls to roof deck with 90 minute rated doors to reduce the fire area to less than 5,000 sq. ft., new interior walls, some new interior doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling work, some new soffit work, two relocated Type I hoods with fire duct wrap on grease ducts, new equipment, providing economizers on two existing rooftop HVAC units, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work. Another Type I hood exists and there is also an existing Type II dishwashing hood. The dining occupant load is restricted to 144 persons maximum per Planning because of parking.
