Merritt Brothers Lumber (Shell & Core) - To construct a new 4,000 square foot, two story, wood framed shell and core office building. This building will contain two office tenant spaces with common restrooms and conference room, as well as, a 250 square foot storage area for each tenant space on the second floor. This permit covers the construction of the shell building and the core areas. The core areas includes the common restrooms, hallway, stairs and conference room. This is a shell and core permit only and no occupancy is allowed under this permit. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy.
