(LDS CHURCH-MECHANICAL REMODEL) To remove mechanical boiler & replace with zoned furnace system which involves minor interior remodel per approved plans. Work to include, installation of ceilng in selective areas, construction of a 261 sq ft concrete slab on the north side of the exterior of builidng, replace all existing mechanical equipment. All penetrations to the ceiling are to be fire dampered and all penetrations to the corridor are to be fire/smoke dampered. This building is not fire sprinklered and is a Type VA (V-1hr) construction througout. Rmh
