BoDo Building #8 (Foundation and Underground Phase) - To install the reinforced concrete footings and foundation for the new Hampton Inns Hotel. This foundation phase is being broken out from the shell and core phase, currently under review (BLD04-02876). This foundation permit is being released for construction prior to final approval of the shell and core phase. The applicant, by signing this permit, understands that he is proceeding at his own risk and that any foundation or underground modifications that are determined to be required during the review of the shell portion of this building project must be corrected. This is a footing, foundation and underground utility permit only and the applicant is not authorized to proceed beyond that point until the shell and core permit has been approved and issued. The ESC was approved under the shell permit, see attached copy of comments. JCM
