Work includes select interior demolition performed under separate permit (BLD05-00752); construction of new non-combustible, interior walls to create additional private offices and non-rated exit access corridor connecting the two required exists, a new exit on the west side of the building and the existing main entrance on the north, with all offices and the new Cyber Cafe to be located at the south end of the tenant space; to install a new suspended ceiling grid system over the cyber cafe and relocate existing light fixtures to meet new area layouts; to install interior glazing per plan; a new 6" elevation change ramp in corridor and a new landing and ramp at the exterior of new west side exit door; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, interior finishes, millwork, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes.
