The expansion area will be used as a warehouse. The original tenant improvement work was done under permit BLD03-02058 (C/O #10360). Work is to include an interior nonbearing tenant demising wall, a doorway through an existing interior nonbearing wall, and an egress door through an existing interior nonbearing wall into the existing showroom.
