St. Alphonsus - Family Maternity Center (Foundation and Structural Steel Package) - To install the concrete foundation and structural steel for the new 38,020 square foot, two story family maternity center addition at the north side of the existing St. Alphonsus south tower portion of the hospital. This is a foundation and structural steel package only and construciton is not authorized beyond that point. A separate permit will be required to finish this addition for occupancy. Note: No construction may begin on this project until all affected exiting from the existing building that require rerouting, have been put in place. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
