(ORTHOPAEDIC INSTITUTE AIR INTAKE CHASE SCREEN WALL) To install approximately 14' high x 52 feet of engineered screen wall on top of existing concrete foundation that forms the existing air intake area well on the west side of the Ortho Inst. building. Work includes installation of 6" x 6" x 1/2" TS columns welded to 12" x 12" x 1" base plate with 6" x 4" x 1/2" gusset plate welded to column & base; base plates anchored to top of existing concrete foundation by (4) 7/8" x length sufficient to provide minimum of 11-1/4" embed using Hilti Hit HY-150 injection adhesive anchor system; 6" steel stud framing between columns with 1/2" cementitious board attached to face of framing & EIFS system finish and metal coping; all per approved plans & engineering.
