A 1,132 sq. ft. vacant space (Suite #275) will also be created by this remodel across (south) from the new relocated non-rated corridor. No occupancy is allowed in the vacant space. A separate permit will be required for a tenant to occupy the vacant space. Work to include miscellaneous interior demolition work, some new interior walls, some new or relocated interior doors and windows, interior finish work, some suspended ceiling work, fire sprinkler and alarm work, mechanical work, and some electrical work.
