To install a new exterior exit door within an existing door opening. A license from ACHD has been obtained by the applicant along with a code modification approval , IBC Section 104.10 signed by George Slane, Building Official to allow the door to swing over the public-right-of-way. All paper work from ACHD and the modification approval are included with this permit for future reference. This exit door shall be equipped with panic hardware , swing in the direction of exit travel and be equipped with a new exterior light fixture. The new light fixture is to be equipped with a photocell to shut off in daytime hours per IECC Section 805.2.3. New planters are to be installed on each side of the new door as required by ACHD and Boise City Zoning Certificate CZC05-00023.
