To modify suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm systems as required to meet tenants needs and comply with current adopted codes. Scope of work does not increase area or occupant load as currently exists. Maintain current fire resistive materials for 2 hour fire rating at floor & structural elements as currently exists.
