This building permit will include the construction of the shell and the finish of the entry lobby, two restrooms, a janitor's closet and Mechanical Room 110. Lease Space #102, an approximate 915 sq. ft., office space, will be completed to a vanilla finish. There is no occupancy allowed under this permit. An MIS permit and the completion of the restroom hallway will be required for occupancy of office space #102. Separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish the remainder of the building including the restroom hallway. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM
