This project is for the installation of a HELICAL PIER FOUNDATION SYSTEM " A.B. Chance company through ER-5115". The installation will be monitored by the Engineers' of record Stanley G Crawforth and Darren Truchot. This design is based on a Geotechnical Evaluation done on Sepatember 15, 1999 by Robert Howard and John Ingram of STRATA Geotechnical Engineering and Materials testing that was reviewed and accepted by Engineer Crawforth on March 31, 2005. This foundation system will be monitered by full time special inspection on this project; all reports are to be reviewed and accepted by the Engineers of record and a final report delivered to the City of Boise Building Department/Structural Division befor a final inspection can be requested by the contractor. A separate ESC permit is required. ESC hillside required pllans have been approved by Steve Webb. Zoning signoff by Jeff Neberman.
