Work includes selective demolition of finishes and removal of a portion of the existing rated corridor wall for installation of a new 3'-0" x 7'-0", labeled 20 minute fire-smoke & draft, "S" labeled, door assembly with closer and accessibility / egress compliant hardware; construction of new non-combustible, fire-resistive, office walls with security access door to Nursery; new millwork for accessible work stations; new control switches to existing light fixture's within new room and interior room finishes.
