This permit is for the completion of the project started under BLD01-02164 for an inground fiberglass swimming pool. The previous permit expired 9-1-2004 and a new permit was required by Jenifer Gilliland, Building Division Mgr., to complete the project. As the pool placement does not meet the inground requirements for zoning regulations a variance (CVA04-00038) was granted for rear and side setbacks along with landscaping conditions of approval. The landscape shall be inspalled prior to the completion of this building permit by June 1, 2005, and planning must signoff (Karen Gallagher) prior to a letter of compliance being issued. pep
