Columbia Village Community Swimming Pool * To construct a new 35' X 75' X 5'-6' deep, 2,625 sq.ft. in ground gunite swimming pool and a 28' X 28' X 2'-6" deep, 584 sq.ft. in ground gunite wading pool both with related heaters and filtering systems. All Chemicals will be stored outside at the location with the pool equipment. All construction per the approved plans.
