This project is for the completion of an existing expired permit "BLD02-00395" and will include the 3rd phase of the project which is to complete the 1-story main level over the extended area of the basement walls from the original permit. This project is also to remodel the front porch with covered balcony above, dining area. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required to be signed off prior to l/c on tis project. All per the approved plans as marked (both from the origial and new).
