This project is for the replacement of an existing "gable portico" over an existing courtyard entry; installation of wood beams, roof rafters, concrete pier footings to support new wood columns and beams; remove and replace concrete sidewalk at entry under new roof gable extension; new roof shingles to match existing. Remove and construct new wood deck of approximately 232 square feet; install new concrete patio and sidewalk on the ground level. R-1B setbacks ok per Cody Riddle per plan submitted. Separate ESC permit is required with hillside ESC plan waiver approved by Steve Webb. All per the approved plans as marked, attached foundation engineering and ESC plan waiver request letter. pep.
