Work to include some minor interior demolition work, a few new interior walls, interior finish, new suspended ceiling work in lobby/waiting area, kitchen equipment, and electrical work. There is an existing Type II hood with exhaust duct/fan and make-up air in the space. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved.
